HOTEL RULES AND REGULATIONS

Upon your arrival all guests are required to present their passport with visa and identify card for Cambodia guests at front desk. Room rate deposit is required to pay prior your check - in. Check-in time is 02:00pm and check- out time is at 12:00 noon.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD POLICY

  • DEBIT AND CREDIT CARDS WILL BE AUTHORIZED AT CHECK-IN FOR THE AMOUNT OF YOUR STAY, PLUS AN AMOUNT TO COVER INCIDENTALS.
  • THE AUTHORIZATION WILL HOLD THE FUNDS UNTIL CHECK OUT, AT WHICH TIME THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY INCURRED DURING THE STAY WILL BE CHARGED.
  • AUTHORIZED AMOUNTS MAY TAKE UP TO 30 DAYS AFTER DEPARTURE TO BE RELEASED BY YOUR BANK OR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION AND THE HOTEL WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RESULTING FEES OR CHARGES.
  • THE HOTEL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PRE-AUTHORIZE YOUR CREDIT CARD UPON CHECK-IN OR COLLECT A FEE FOR THE ENTIRE STAY IN THE FORM OF A CASH DEPOSIT.

OUR RATES

  • ALL OF OUR RATES ARE THE BEST AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING AND ARE QUOTED IN US DOLLAR, INCLUSIVE OF VAT.
  • ANY AMENDMENTS OR ADDITIONAL BOOKINGS MAY BE CHARGED AT A DIFFERENT RATE.
  • ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE PAID DIRECTLY TO THE HOTEL AT THE TIME OF CHECK-IN, UNLESS PRE-PAID AS AN ADVANCE PURCHASE. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 2:00 PM AND CHECK OUT IS BEFORE 12:00 PM.
  • SHOULD YOU WISH TO EXTEND YOUR DEPARTURE TIME, PLEASE CONTACT OUR RECEPTION ON ARRIVAL. LATE CHECKOUT IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND MAY INCUR A FEE.

PAYMENT

  • ANY BOOKINGS MADE FOR SEVEN DAYS OR MORE MAY BE CHARGED IN FULL AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.
  • WE CANNOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES
  • DUE TO THE CANCELLATION POLICY 50% DEPOSIT IS MANADTORY 14 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL.

BEDDING AND CAPACITY

  • TRIPLE ROOMS: THREE TWIN BEDS. MAXIMUM CAPACITY: THREE PERSON
  • TWIN ROOMS: TWO SINGLE BEDS. MAXIMUM CAPACITY: TWO ADULTS 
  • DOUBLE ROOMS: ONE DOUBLE BED. MAXIMUM CAPACITY: TWO PEOPLE
  • ROOMS VARY IN SIZE AND SHAPE.
  • WE CAN PROVIDE ONE MORE EXTRA BED THAT CAN ACCOMMODATE ONE CHILD UNDER 10 YEARS AND WILL BE CHARGABLE.
  • Guests are required to notify the hotel reception before adding more guests in the room or extend their stay.

CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS

  • CHILDREN UNDER 10 YEARS OLD STAY FREE WHEN USING EXISTING BED.
  • ALL OLDER CHILDREN OR EXTRAS PERSONS ARE CHARGED USD20 PER NIGHT & PER PERSON. 
  • SUPPLEMENTS WILL NOT BE CALCULATED AUTOMATICALLY IN THE TOTAL COST AND HAVE TO BE PAID SEPARATELY IN THE HOTEL.
  • ANY EXTRA BED IS UPON REQUEST AND NEEDS TO BE CONFIRMED BY THE HOTEL.
  • EACH ROOM MUST HAVE AT LEAST ONE GUEST WHO IS 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.
  • GUEST UNDER THE AGE OF 16 YEARS OLD ARE PROHIBITED FROM BOOKING ANY ROOM AT THE HOTEL UNLESS TRAVELING WITH PARENTS OR GUARDIAN.

GUEST BEHAVIOR

  • GUESTS ARE REQUESTED TO CONDUCT THEMSELVES APPROPRIATELY AT ALL TIMES.
  • GUESTS ARE REQUESTED NOT TO DISRUPT THE COMFORT AND ENJOYMENT OF OTHER GUESTS, THE SMOOTH RUNNING OF THE HOTEL, OR CAUSE OFFENCE TO OTHER GUESTS OR OUR MEMBERS OF STAFF.
  • WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ACCOMMODATION OR SERVICES OR REMOVE YOU AND MEMBERS OF YOUR PARTY FROM THE HOTEL IF, IN OUR REASONABLE OPINION, WE CONSIDER THIS PROVISION TO HAVE BEEN BREACHED.
  • WHERE THIS IS THE CASE SHALL HAVE NO OBLIGATION TO REFUND YOU FOR LOST ACCOMMODATION, OTHER SERVICES OR ANY OTHER LOSS OR EXPENSE INCURRED.
  • WEAPONS, EXPLOSIVES, TOXIC, FLAMMABLE, SUBSTANCES AND PET ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE PREMISES.
  • PROSTITUTION ACT AND UNDESIRABLE GUESTS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN HOTEL
  • ALL NON-RESIDENTIAL GUEST WHO WISH TO VISIT THE GUEST ROOM MUST REGISTER AT THE RECEPTION.
  • THE HOTEL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY NON-RESIDENTIAL GUEST TO THE GUEST ROOM.
  • GUEST WILL BE CHARGED FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS OF THE HOTEL’ PROPERTIED DUE TO THE MARKET PRICE.
  • PLEASE SWITCH OFF THE LIGHT AND RETURN THE ROOM KEY AT THE FRONT DESK BEFORE LEAVING, OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE LOSS OF KEY AT 10 USD.

NO SMOKING POLICY

  • THE YEAKLOAM HOTEL AND SPA IS A SMOKE-FREE HOTEL.
  • SHOULD GUESTS FAIL TO COMPLY WITH OUR NO SMOKING POLICY THEY WILL BE OBLIGED TO PAY A ROOM RECOVERY FEE OF A MINIMUM OF $50 IN ORDER TO THE COVER THE EXTENSIVE COST OF RESTORING GUEST ROOMS TO A SMOKE-FREE CONDITION?
  • COOKING, USING AN IRON IN THE HOTEL AND SMOKING IN THE BED ARE NOT   PERMITTED.

LEFT LUGGAGE

     THE YEAKLOAM HOTEL AND SPA WILL NOT STORE LUGGAGE FOR GUESTS ON ARRIVAL AND ON DEPARTURE 

         THE HOTEL DOES NOT ASSUME LIABILITY OR TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR VALUABLES INCLUDING JEWELRY AND MONEY. THE VALUABLES                           JEWELRY AND MONEY PLEASE KINDLY KEEP IN THE SAFETY BOX.

GROUP BOOKINGS

  • BOOKINGS FOR AT LEAST 8 ROOMS OR MORE WILL BE CONSIDERED AS A GROUP BOOKING, INCLUDING ANY INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS THAT ARE BOOKED TO ACCOMMODATE GROUPS.

LONE TRAVELERS POLICY

WE NEVER DISCLOSE A FEMALE TRAVELER’S ROOM NUMBER WHEN CHECKING IN, THE INFORMATION IS PROVIDED TO THE GUEST DISCREETLY

SECURITY MEASURES

  • EVERY ROOM AT THE YEAKLOAM HOTEL AND SPA HAS A DOOR ENTRY SYSTEM AND ONLY HOTEL GUESTS CAN ENTER AFTER 12 MIDNIGHT.
  • EVERY BEDROOM DOOR IS FITTED WITH A DEADLOCK AND SELF-CLOSING MECHANISM AND HAS A DOOR VIEWER FOR ADDED SECURITY PURPOSES.
  • ALL EXTERNAL ROOMS ARE FITTED WITH LOCKS ON THE WINDOW.
  • CCTV IS OPERATIONAL THROUGHOUT THE HOTEL INCLUDING ALL LIFTS AND LOBBY AREAS ON ALL FLOORS.

SECURITY PERSONNEL ARE PRESENT IN THE HOTEL 24 HOURS A DAY. OUR RECEPTION AND GUEST RELATIONS TEAM ARE ALSO AVAILABLE 24 HOURS A DAY.

  • ALL ROOMS HAVE BEDSIDE LIGHTING CONTROLS AND IN-ROOM SAFES.
  • HEALTH AND SAFETY GUIDELINES ARE IN PLACE FOR STAFF. THESE GUIDELINES ALSO COVER NON-HARASSMENT OF LONE FEMALE GUESTS.

WE ENDEAVOR TO IMPLEMENT THIS POLICY ON EVERY OCCASION; HOWEVER, THIS IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AT THE TIME OF BOOKING, FORCE MAJEURE AND OF THE GUEST INFORMING THE YEAKLOAM HOTEL AND SPA THAT THEY WISH THIS POLICY TO BE APPLIED.

OUTSIDE FOOD AND DRINKS

GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BRING ANY FOOD AND DRINKS FROM OUTSIDE IN ANY PART OF HOTEL. IF ANYONE WILL BE CAUGHT DOING SO WILL BE FINED 50% OF THE VALUE PRICE OF ITEM.

BREAKFAST ROOM SERVICE

  • FOR GUESTS THAT BOOK A RATE THAT INCLUDES BREAKFAST ON EITHER ADVANCE PURCHASE FOR FLEXIBLE RATES, BREAKFAST MUST BE CONSUMED IN THE RESTAURANT.
  • GUESTS CANNOT REDEEM BREAKFAST BY ORDERING FROM ROOM SERVICE.
  • THIS CAN ONLY BE USED WHEN DINING IN THE RESTAURANT
  • IF YOU WISH TO ORDER BREAKFAST VIA ROOM SERVICE, THEN THIS CAN BE PURCHASED AS AN ADDITIONAL COST AS STATED IN THE IN-ROOM DINING MENU.
  • THE YEAKLOAM HOTEL AND SPA IS NOT INCLINED TO COMPENSATE GUESTS THAT DECIDE TO HAVE ROOM SERVICE AS OPPOSED TO SITTING IN THE RESTAURANT

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • 1 IF RESERVATION IS CANCELLED BETWEEN 7 TO 3 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL NO CHARGE WILL BE APPLIED.
  • 2. IF RESERVATION IS CANCELLED BETWEEN 3 days TO 24HRS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL 50% CHARGE WILL BE APPLIED.
  • 3. IF RESERVATION IS CANCELLED BETWEEN 24HRS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL FULL CHARGE OF THE PAYMENT WILL BE APPLIED.
